Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

Utilize job search sites and online platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.

  • Jobs Hiring Strategy:

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet the company's staffing needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and expectations for open positions.

  • Candidate Screening:

Screen and evaluate candidate resume search from job postings.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Employment Branding:

Enhance the company's presence on job search sites, ensuring a positive employer brand.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies.

  • Employee Relations:

Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee data in the HRIS.
Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
